Great recipes! Tortilla soup is one of my favorites and I love that nachos recipe! We also eat less meat on the road, probably only 3x per week. Quinoa and black beans are huge parts of our diet and I make a salad similar to the taco recipe with a balsamic dressing in place of the tomato sauce. Your recipes look so yummy. Thanks for sharing. Since you like the quinoa, black bean and corn tacos, I thought you might like this recipe also: http://www.twopeasandtheirpod.com/black-bean-and-quinoa-enchilada-bake/#_a5y_p=1200737 . It’s one of our new favorites.ReplyCancel

I haven’t! I’ll look it up. I’ve been using Food Planner which seems similar, but maybe this one will be even better!ReplyCancel
