Enjoyed reading this. 🙂 You had a lot of good tips in there. We’re annual passholders so we spend a lot of time at the Disneyland parks. I thought your readers might benefit by knowing there is a great smartphone app called “Mousewait” that gives you wait times for attractions, fast pass availability, show and parade schedules, live photos from the parks, a hidden mickey checklist (for keeping minis entertained while waiting in line), Food menus, maps, Disneyland secrets a chat lounge and TONS more! It has really helped with trip planning! I’ve been a long time member in the community and highly recommend it! 🙂

My wife and I visited Philly in 2010, before we had kids because my wife had a conference. I tagged along and while she was doing her conference thing, I got to explore the city. Such a cool place. I liked all the usual places, but a few local things I remember are elphret’s (sp?) way, which is the oldest neighborhood in the US that people are still living in, Franklin fountain is DELICIOUS, and I liked a lot of the artwork and sculptures, the giant clothespin & the area of game pieces. Dude, I am ALL about waiting until they are ready, on that potty training business. Diapers are just so much easier than trying to get a kid to do what they don’t feel ready for. It took 3 tries with Grace before she was really ready, and I easily gave up the first 2 times because that is one battle I hate facing. Good on ya for sticking with her for this long Jess! And it’s ok to feel like a normal, mean mommy, we all feel that, probably more often than we admit. 🙂 I LOVE San Diego! Glad you guys had fun!
