Small Wardrobe Made Easy With Aventura Clothing

Having a small space for clothes has both its positive and negative sides. On the one hand, our closet for 5 has less space than most people have just for their dress shirts. On the other, I actually wear my clothes more often and even wear them out before I grow tired of them. We…

I have an Aventura hoodie that I wear all the time. They seem to have fun colors and high quality fabrics. It would be fun to try a tunic this winter!ReplyCancel

My daughter wants to start living & working part time out of a trailer to be in nature & paint. While we’ve been talking about it, saw your photo on Costco Connection, which I was ready to trash. Just had to read your blog, though, about trailer living and also because I had homeschooled my 4 kids. What a way to live! & what an experience to provide your kids! Their education will be incomparable along with their life experience.

Just started a new exercise program & was going to reduce a little before getting clothes, but now may be the time. I like Aventura as they aren’t as ridiculously priced as some brands…so if the coupon is still available…..ReplyCancel

I’d love to try this line. I’m a little chunky though. Do the tops fit tight? Loved finding your blog and reviewing everything. Just bought a new trailer and after reading your blog ordered the pots you use. Thanks for the tips.ReplyCancel

Spending our Nomadic Halloween with Friends in California

Every year we’ve managed to spend Halloween with friends or family. We don’t always choose to spend holidays with other people. In fact, for many we’d rather be off in the desert (or at the beach) by ourselves. Apparently Halloween is the exception. Travel Dates: October 24 – Nov 1 Last year we spent Halloween…

Sam vs. Jury Duty – Tips for Full Time Travelers

I spent a few days this last week as a member of a jury in a criminal trial. This is my second time serving in a jury in spite of only being summoned to service twice. I guess I have one of those faces. Jury duty is one of the more painful civic duties for…

  • Good ole jury duty…. It sucks when you actually live in the place you have to serve at, I can only imagine if I was a full time RVer and had to come back to serve on a jury. Super annoying, gotta love the government :pReplyCancel

We’ve Been Traveling for 1000 Days, and Why That Doesn’t Matter

When we originally left our sticks and bricks house in July of 2013 we had no idea what was in store for us. I woke up that morning and knew we were on the brink of something amazing, but the reality has been far more grand than either of us imagined. Today we have officially been…

Chore Chart, Tickets, and the Family Store

When we first started out in the Airstream it became very clear to us that our kids still needed to do chores. In our sticks and bricks they would vacuum, clean bathroom counters and mirrors, load and unload the dishwasher and help sweep. Putting the silverware away can be done by a 3 year old…
